The service was great, totally satisfied. The breakfast was sensational, it had cereal, pastries, yoghourt and fresh fruit. Location: the hotel was just next door to Close to the metro station, all shops, and local attraction: )

Internet not free. Need plug converter. Coffre-fort not working. Limited breakfast.

The room though small was very well well designed and comfortable, with attention to small detail like small shelving, makeup mirror, good lighting. Also liked the well laid out breakfast spread in the rooftop with excellent freshly brewed coffee. The service staff at breakfast worked very hard. It was close both to the metro and nearby restaurants, and also to corso vercelli with good local shops.

Really central location. Easy to walk to shops and sites. Staff very helpful. Rooftop cafe for breakfast.Rooms good size traditional fittings/furniture.
Entrance hard to find,curved stone staircase or lift down to entrance. But fine once we found it. Sign says HM Hotel not Metro.
